4500 baji Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use & Member Rights

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 4500 baji platform and its services. By accessing our services via the 4500 baji website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

4500 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform built specifically with Bangladeshi members in mind. Key terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

• "4500" or "Platform" — The 4500-baji.com website and its app.
• "Member" or "User" — Anyone who is registered on 4500 baji and using its Services.
• "Account" — The member's personal profile and balance.
• "Services" — All gaming, betting, lottery, and related services provided by 4500.

To become a member of 4500 baji, all of the following eligibility criteria must be met. 4500 baji reserves the right to close any account registered without meeting these requirements, at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Any registration by a minor is invalid.
• A valid, active mobile number is required for OTP verification.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful.
• Accounts must be registered in your own name — not in the name of anyone else.

As part of the registration process, 4500 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may require a copy of your National ID or passport. Failure to complete KYC may result in delays for large withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 4500 account. Please follow the guidelines below to keep your account safe:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi or shared devices.
• If you notice any suspicious activity after logging in, please contact Support immediately.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 4500 baji support immediately. We are available 24/7 to assist you. Please note, however, that any activity carried out through your account prior to the unauthorized access will be considered your responsibility.

4500 accepts payments via all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Key payment information is outlined below:

• Deposited funds may only be used for 4500 services. Unused deposits can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method and number used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• There are no service charges on deposits. Standard charges set by mobile banking providers apply to withdrawals.
• Payments from another member's account or through a third party are not accepted.

4500 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer comes with specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully before acceptance.

Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount must be wagered according to a specified multiplier — typically between 20x and 30x. Each offer's wagering requirement is stated separately.

• The welcome bonus is available once per member only — multiple claims are not permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games — this varies by offer.
• The specified wagering requirements must be completed before a bonus can be cashed out.
• Voucher codes must be used within their specified validity period — they will not work once expired.
• Using any fraudulent method to exploit bonuses will result in immediate account closure.
• 4500 baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on the 4500 betting platform are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties. Key gaming rules are as follows:

• If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the system result will be considered final.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result in any game, 4500 baji reserves the right to correct it.
• If a betting event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For Sports Betting, final payment will be made only after the official result has been announced.
• 4500 baji may set or adjust any betting limits at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4500 baji. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing other members, spreading false information, or defaming the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or through, a minor.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise infiltrate the 4500 baji system.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.

• Information collected for payment verification is used solely for that purpose.

4500 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded — though refunds may be delayed if the account is under investigation.

In the event of a dispute with 4500 baji, please follow the steps below. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly:

4500 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
